Community Youth Speaker Nights
Living Hope will host evenings with youth at the Florida Gateway College (FGC) on the third Friday monthly. Youth will be pouring out and filling up from Generation to Generation sharing faith and testimony. These will be for youth or young adults (12- 21) speaking about experiences with mental health and trauma. Youth from the Youth Advisory Council, VESSELS, and the FGC club will be invited to attend. In addition, youth from different local churches or schools will be invited as space permits. Youth will be pouring out and filling up from Generation to Generation sharing faith and testimony.
These gatherings will be a place with youth having the ability to share and support one another. Members of the Youth Advisory Council and members have identified topics with at least one main speaker and some optional small group discussion on these evenings. Members will also share information at tables about community events and resources at local schools, churches, or community sites. There will be
opportunities to fellowship with young adults and youth for members in groups.
