Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register in advance?
No. Just show up on during the scheduled time. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get support.
What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing my story?
That’s completely fine. You’re welcome to listen and participate at whatever level feels comfortable. There’s no pressure to share.
Is this a religious group?
While we use a guide that incorporates spiritual first aid principles, people of all faith backgrounds (or no faith background) are welcome. We create space for spiritual questions without pushing any particular belief system.
What if I miss a session?
You can join at any time. Each session stands on its own while also building on previous weeks. Come when you can.
