C.O.P.E. Groups

Online Cope Groups are a virtual support network designed to help individuals manage and overcome the emotional and psychological challenges following a disaster. These groups provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, feelings, and concerns.

Led by trained facilitators, these groups will focus on:

  • teaching coping strategies such as stress management, resilience building, and problem-solving skills.
  • how to process trauma.
  • developing a sense of community.
  • enhancing emotional well-being.

Through interactive discussions, educational resources, and peer support, members learn how to regain control over their lives and set themselves up for future success.
