Offers compassionate care and support to individuals with life-limiting illness and their families, advance care planning, palliative care, support to individuals and family members with advanced illness, support after the loss of a loved one, and volunteer opportunities for support to those who are ill and their families through different programs. Haven’s team of medical providers and staff will expertly manage pain and symptoms at home or in a variety of settings including hsopitals, nursing homes or assisted living facilities and is a benefit of Medicare/Medicaid – we serve this community regardless of ability to pay.
