We provide a supportive, faith-based environment where women can rebuild their lives, regain stability, and grow in confidence. With guidance, encouragement, and practical resources like life skills training and parenting support, we help families heal from the past and move toward a brighter future. We welcome women from our local and surrounding areas who are in need of a fresh start, because we believe every woman deserves a safe place to be restored and feel loved.

My specialties include working with caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimers and Dementia as well as victims of Domestic Violence, individuals with Substance Abuse history, as well as trauma related diagnosis. A goal of achieving optimal wellness is always our focus!

 A licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, eating, shopping and hoarding), depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma, children and adolescents in foster care, OCD and eating disorders. I am a qualified supervisor for therapists and have treated professionals with substance abuse disorders to maintain their licensure.

My counseling style is non-judgemental, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
