Our group home is a place of safety, hope, and new beginnings for women or women with children. We provide a supportive, faith-based environment where women can rebuild their lives, regain stability, and grow in confidence. With guidance, encouragement, and practical resources like life skills training and parenting support, we help families heal from the past and move toward a brighter future. We welcome women from our local and surrounding areas who are in need of a fresh start, because we believe every woman deserves a safe place to be restored and feel loved.

A Nationally Certified,  Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor that provides mental health services to the Lake City, Florida and surrounding communities.  I am an active member of the Florida Counseling Association, American Association of Christian Counselors as well as the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association.  I have and still provide services to a variety of populations including children, adolescents, teens, adults and geriatrics. My specialties include working with caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimers and Dementia as well as victims of Domestic Violence, individuals with Substance Abuse history, as well as trauma related diagnosis. A goal of achieving optimal wellness is always our focus!

A Spirit-Filled Bible-Based Ministry

Rebekah is a minister’s wife with over 20 years of experience in ministry. She holds an MA and a PhD in Christian Counseling and has been formally involved in the ministry of counseling for nearly a decade. Her counseling is Bible-based, and she does not integrate it with secular psychology. Rebekah is also a provider for the premarital preparation course as outlined in Florida Statute 741.0305. Couples who pass this course will be eligible for the marriage license fee discount in Florida.

LivingWell Therapy LLC offers individual, couples, and family therapy in Lake City, FL, as well as Telehealth services throughout Florida. Our licensed therapist specializes in trauma and is EMDR-trained.

In addition to therapy, we provide consultations, assessments, and clinical supervision.
