Provides general dentistry to age 5 and up who have FL Healthy Kids or private insurance. Services include: cleanings, fillings, crowns, partials, dentures, extractions, oral cancer, screenings, etc.

Provides oral exams, fillings, dental cleanings, sealants, and extractions to age 3 to adults who are on Medicaid HMO’s. Also, offer sliding fee program.

Provides a mobile bus that travels to elementary schools in Columbia and Hamilton counties that provides dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and treatment of dental caries to children on Medicaid and Healthy Kids plans. Also, offers a free sealant program for all 2nd and 5th graders through school visiting program.

Provides a yearly visit to both Columbia and Hamilton counties to provide fillings and extractions to children and adults 6 years and up.
