Meridian provides mental health and substance abuse services to people of all ages stuggling with mental illness and addicton through prevention, coordinated treatment, and supportive services. Counselors are available at schools and after school. Also, provides healthcare navigation services.

An interface Youth Program that operates three shelters for runaway, truant and troubled youth. These shelters act as crisis stabilization centers where kids and their parents can take a break from one another and begin working on family issues. Interface provides shelter, a safe environment, food, clothing and counseling to each child. Services are available 24 hours a day.
