Rebekah is a minister’s wife with over 20 years of experience in ministry. She holds an MA and a PhD in Christian Counseling and has been formally involved in the ministry of counseling for nearly a decade. Her counseling is Bible-based, and she does not integrate it with secular psychology. Rebekah is also a provider for the premarital preparation course as outlined in Florida Statute 741.0305. Couples who pass this course will be eligible for the marriage license fee discount in Florida.

The Office of Domestic Violence is responsible for providing oversight on the administration of state and federally funded initiatives designed to intervene and prevent domestic violence and support survivors and their families.
